Our guidance is based on public sources such as the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics, and we link to each one. If your baby has a fever, struggles to breathe, won't feed, or cries in a way that worries you, call your doctor or emergency services.
Questions
Will my baby follow the guide exactly?
No. Babies develop at their own pace, and the guide shows what's common at an age, not a schedule your baby has to meet. If something about your baby's development worries you, talk to your pediatrician.
Can the app tell why my baby is crying?
No app can know for sure. BabyTides gives you a checklist of common reasons to check, shows your recent feeds and sleep next to it, and lists the signs that mean you should call a doctor.
My baby was born early. Does it still work?
Yes. Add the due date and you'll see both actual age and adjusted age, the way pediatricians often track babies born early.
What happens to my email?
